Bike Room – Open 24/7
The Bike Rooms are located on the P2 and P3 levels of the parking garage. The rooms are restricted to fob access by residents with bikes stored inside. It is equipped with both floor and wall-mounted racks to store your bicycle. You must provide your own cable & lock. Each rack is assigned to a specific resident and you can reserve a rack (if one is available) by speaking with the Concierge. A cheque payable to PSCC 888, in the following amount is required after a reservation is made: Key Deposit of $50.00 (refunded, minus any applicable fees for lost keys). As a reminder bicycles are not permitted to be stored on unit balconies and all cyclists must exit and enter the building through the garage doors and not through the lobby.
