Fitness Room – Open from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm midnight
Stonebrook has a beautifully equipped Fitness Room for the exclusive use of Stonebrook residents and their guests. No person under the age of 16 may use or is allowed in the Fitness Room. The Fitness Room is restricted to fob access and is provided with video surveillance for security.
A TV with cable access and high speed WIFI are provided for the enjoyment of those using the room. The Fitness Room is furnished with up to date equipment, including a Hoist universal gym, treadmills, elliptical trainer, rowing machine and exercise bike. A set of dumb bells and kettle bells along with other small training equipment can be found in the room.
Users are asked to wear proper attire and to clean equipment properly after use. When the Fitness Room is busy, we ask users to restrict use to 30 minutes on any one piece of equipment.
A yoga area with mats is also available for Fitness Room users.
