Guest Suites – Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Two guest suites are available for the convenience and use of the guests of Stonebrook residents. Reservations are required and can be made online or through the Concierge Desk.
Each suite can accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests and/or a child only. Our suites have amenities similar to a hotel room in which towels and linens are supplied together with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The suites offer 3 bed configurations (2 twin beds, 1 king bed or 1 king bed with rollaway twin), a four-piece washroom, hair dryer, dresser, closet and bedside tables.
In addition to a hi-definition television, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, mugs and cutlery are also provided.
Cooking and Smoking in our guest suites are NOT permitted. Pets are NOT permitted. Fees will be levied for cleaning, pest control and sterilization if rules are not respected.
Persons under 19 years of age are not allowed to stay in the guest suites unless accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Guests may use Stonebrook recreational facilities ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY THE HOST RESIDENT. Guests are subject to all Stonebrook rules and regulations. The host resident is responsible for ensuring that his/her guests comply with all these rules.

Two cheques, payable to PSCC 888 and delivered to the Concierge, in the following amounts are required to confirm your reservation: security Deposit of $250.00 (refunded, minus any applicable fees for damages) Cleaning fee of $60.00 (non-refundable). Residents booking a Guest Suite online can alternatively pay for their booking using a credit card.
If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours in advance, then the Cleaning fee will be returned.
