Party Room – Open from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm midnight
Stonebrook has a beautifully designed Party Room for the exclusive use of Stonebrook residents and their guests. Located on the ground floor with views towards Sheridan Creek, the room offers access to an outside terrace.
The Party Room can accommodate a maximum of 60 people. The room is furnished with two card tables and chairs with bar-style seating. Collapsible tables and chairs, chafing dishes and a cart are available for use. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and ample countertop space.
The host resident must be present at all times during the event and all Stonebrook rules apply including parking arrangements. Utmost consideration of all Stonebrook residents is required at all times; rules are monitored and enforced via our Concierge Desk. Washroom use must be restricted to the facilities across from the Party Room. Party Room guests are NOT to enter secure Stonebrook facilities nor leave the ground floor level unless accompanied by the host resident.
The Party Room may be reserved online or through the Concierge Desk. Two** cheques, payable to PSCC 888, in the following amounts are required soon after a reservation is made: Security Deposit of $250.00 (refunded, minus any applicable fees for damages)
Cleaning fee of $60.00 (non-refundable)
**Security fee of $90.00 (groups over 30 require an additional security guard – 4 hour minimum)
Residents booking the Party Room online can alternatively pay for the booking using a credit card.
If the reservation is cancelled then the above-mentioned cheques will be returned.
